Dikesempatan kali ini saya akan membahas tentang administrasi pemeliharaan/perawatan diperkebunan kelapa sawit. Administrasi merupakan kompas pekerjaan dilapangan jadi pelaporan harus sesuai dengan realisasi pekerjaan dilapangan. Dengan adanya administrasi yang baik maka semua dapat dikontrol yaitu berupa pemakain tenaga kerja, pemakaain bahan/material dan selesai atau tidaknya pekerjaan dilapangan. Karena pada akhirnya seorang assiten divisi harus mampu menjelaskan pemakaian/biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam satu bulan kepada pimpinan yang lebih tinggi. Administrasi merupakan factor yang sangat penting sebagai monitor pemakaian biaya agar sesuai anggaran yang sudah ditetapkan di dalam Rencana Anggaran Tahunan (RAT). Pemakaian biaya diharapkan tidak melebihi dari RAT. Maka dari pekerjaan dilapangan dan administrasi harus dapat dikontrol dengan baik.

TPH TPH merupakan singkatan dari Tempat Peletakan Hasil yang tujuan pembuatan memang untuk meletakan buah yang sudah dipanen diletakan pada satu titik pengumpulan buah. ukuran TPH standart adalah 3 meter x 4 meter, lokasi TPH dibuat rata dan tidak bergelombang agar memudahkan pemanen menyususun  buah dan TPH harus bersih dari rumput-rumput dan bebatuan agar pada saat pengakutan tidak rumput dan batu yang terangku kedalam truk. 2.
